In our assembly production, we combine several individual components from different manufacturing processes into one assembly. For this purpose, we have manual as well as fully automated welding and joining processes at our disposal.
Whether using the progressing or transfer process, we can produce stamped and deep-drawn parts up to a material thickness of 6 mm from coil. Small quantities can also be produced as blank cuts and in insert molds.
With our 2D laser systems in conjunction with our bending benches, we can produce laser bent parts in small batches according to customer specifications.
Depending on the scope and customer requirements, we can carry out various manual and automated assembly tasks. We specialize in both mechanical and electrical work!
We offer contract coating of customer components and provide advice on planning and project development. With almost 60 years of experience and state-of-the-art technologies, we guarantee high quality, which is documented by regular inspections.
