The core competence of the Kesseböhmer Group lies in metal processing: wire, flat strip, tubes and their subsequent finishing in its own electroplating, powder coating or cathodic dip coating plant.

Kesseböhmer has been finishing the surfaces of steel and non-ferrous metals for almost 60 years. The headquarters in Bad Essen has two of Europe's largest and most efficient electroplating plants as well as its own powder coating and cathodic dip painting plant.

Our extensive range of surface finishing processes enables us to finish components for a wide variety of requirements. Whether you need a component with specific electrical properties, high wear or corrosion resistance, a special look or high chemical resistance - we have the right solution for you.

The perfect surface is created through the interplay of selected raw materials and careful processing. Our decades of experience in metal finishing form the basis for electroplating and coating steel, stainless steel, copper and brass.

Thanks to our electroplating facility, which was expanded in 2017, we are able to offer a wide range of surface qualities, finishes and colours.
